for fresh, hot tortillas daily.

and water. The public may watch
the process any morning around 11 a.m.


Every town in Mexico used to have a "Molino" 
where people brought their corn to have it ground  into masa, a very important and essential function.
"We want the local Latin community to buy and like our tortillas,” Karen says, pointing to the irregular edges on her tortillas—a sign that they’re handmade rather than machine-made. “Otherwise, all this is just pointless.”
